Product Review: Panasonic EP 30007 KX Massage Chair
Panasonic has developed the Real Pro Ultra series to promote relaxation and enhance blood flow to provide overall better health. This series consists of five different models which are designed some early and share a common technology platform. These massage chairs have a good diversity of massage techniques to meet a variety of needs. We take a look at the Panasonic EP 30007 massage recliner.
There are five different models in the Real Pro Ultra series. These recliners all share common technology and also programming. The design of the chairs is similar but very and different features being offered. For instance, the EP 30007 has wood covers for the arm massage.
As with most manufacturing in the world, it has practically all moved to China. Panasonic has been making massage chairs in China for years. The last model of the Real Pro Ultra series the EP 30007 is still being assembled in Japan.
The EP 30007 as part of the Real Pro Ultra series. This series has some innovative features including the 3-D body scan, quad style rollers and the Junetsu massage technique. These are advanced features which are offered in each of the chairs and this series.
To give you a tailored massage, the 3-D body scan technology makes for a customized massage. It uses pressure sensor technology to create a virtual map of your back. The body scan takes into account the contours of your spine.
There are a number of different movements that are possible with the Panasonic quad style rollers. These rollers have been developed to replicate the different movements of a hand. This gives you different feelings of massage which allow for more ways to pull and push on the muscle tissue.
The idea behind the 3-D body scan the quad style rollers are able to adjust the size based on your body type. Since people of different types and body types will use of the massage chair, these two technologies working in tandem to create a custom massage every time.
The Junetsu massage technique is another one offered in the Real Pro Ultra series. This special technique is known as ultra fine kneading. The ultra fine kneading works in a small circular pattern. It is similar to feeling the twisting of a thumb. This is great for relieving knots.
There is also a full body air massage. The air massage includes the shoulders, hips, calves, feet and arms. A number of different airbags are used to provide for different massage sensations. There is a relieving shoulder massage which is said to help with lymphatic drainage.
The Real Pro Ultra massage chairs have a foot reflexology massage. There are adjustable and removable reflexology plates built into the foot wells. This reflexology foot massage stimulates different points on your feet. The result is a feeling of greater energy flow throughout your body.
The EP-30007 also comes with a leg stretch. The lower half of your body can be extended with this stretching feature. Your legs are held in the foot rest while it is raised and successively lowered. This is great to alleviate both the pressure in the lower back, hips and thighs.
The EP30007 is a rare massage to fine. There are limited quantities produced since this is perhaps the last Panasonic massage chair to be made in Japan. You should also check out the warranty coverage as this chair tends to have less coverage than others in the series which are made in China.
Panasonic has been involved in the massage replication business for many years. Its current luxury line is the Real Pro Ultra series. The EP 30007 massage chair is one of the few remaining recliners is still made in Japan. This Panasonic massage chair is one of the rarer models and the United States to fine. The Real Pro Ultra series is the most advanced platform from Panasonic massage chairs.
